Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
  • To cancel, email us at sales@xellara.com with your order ID.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate payment
  • Order cancelled within the allowed time
  • Product/service not delivered due to an issue from our side

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customer entered incorrect details
  • Customer changed their mind after service delivery
  • Issues caused by third-party apps or systems beyond our control

Refund Timeline (Required by RBI)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
