Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
- To cancel, email us at sales@xellara.com with your order ID.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate payment
- Order cancelled within the allowed time
- Product/service not delivered due to an issue from our side
Not Eligible for Refund
- Customer entered incorrect details
- Customer changed their mind after service delivery
- Issues caused by third-party apps or systems beyond our control
Refund Timeline (Required by RBI)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
